Are these genuine HealthyLine products?
Yes. Every mat we sell is made by HealthyLine. We buy their returned and display inventory — we don’t sell replicas, third-party mats, or refurbished units built from parts.
Why are they cheaper than new?
HealthyLine doesn’t sell used or open-box units through its own store. We buy that inventory and resell it, which means you pay well below new retail for the same mat.
What does "open-box" mean?
Open-box units come from trade show demos, store displays, photo shoots, and commercials. Most were never used, or used only briefly.
What does "used" mean?
Used units were bought by a HealthyLine customer and returned within the return window. Condition ranges from lightly used to nearly new.
What do the condition grades mean?
Every used unit is graded and the grade appears on its product page:
- Grade A — Very good cosmetic condition, no visible defects
- Grade B — Minor cosmetic wear such as small spots, scuffs, or tiny cuts
- Grade C — Noticeable imperfections such as fraying edges, more visible marks, or fabric wear
Grades describe appearance only. Every unit is tested and functional regardless of grade.
Are the mats cleaned before shipping?
Yes. Every unit is tested, inspected for damage, and cleaned and sanitized before it ships.
