- All orders ship from our New York warehouse (ZIP code 11208).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by the shipper.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours, with U.S. delivery usually taking 1–7 business days.
- We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- Signature confirmation or shipping insurance can be requested by the customer for an additional charge.
- We may refuse to ship to an address different from the billing address or request proof of identity via email for security purposes.
Return Policy

n 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost, as long as it is in its original condition. - You are responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping.
- We keep photos of your product at the time of purchase. If the item is returned in significantly worse condition(e.g., deformed, stained, dirty, or smelly), a 20% restocking fee may apply.
- All returns require authorization. To obtain one, contact us at orders@healthylineoutlet.
com before sending the product. Returns without authorization may be lost and will not be eligible for a refund. - Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the return arrives at our facility.
