Shipping Policy

  1. All orders ship from our New York warehouse (ZIP code 11208).
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by the shipper.
  3. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours, with U.S. delivery usually taking 1–7 business days.
  4. We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  5. Signature confirmation or shipping insurance can be requested by the customer for an additional charge.
  6. We may refuse to ship to an address different from the billing address or request proof of identity via email for security purposes.

 

Return Policy

  1. Important: We are not affiliated with the HealthyLine brand. Please do not return items to HealthyLine.
  2. You may return your item to us at HealthyLineOutlet.com withi30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost, as long as it is in its original condition.
  3. You are responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping.
  4. We keep photos of your product at the time of purchase. If the item is returned in significantly worse condition(e.g., deformed, stained, dirty, or smelly), a 20% restocking fee may apply.
  5. All returns require authorization. To obtain one, contact us at orders@healthylineoutlet.com before sending the product. Returns without authorization may be lost and will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the return arrives at our facility.

 

Lifetime Trade-In & Upgrade

Even if you purchase a product from us, you’re still eligible for HealthyLine’s official LIFETIME TRADE-IN and UPGRADE policies. You can take advantage of these programs directly through HealthyLine.
